ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a premier luxury residential design-build firm in Scottsdale seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end custom homes and luxury remodeling projects from preconstruction through completion. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented construction professional who thrives in a client-focused environment and understands the level of communication, organization, and craftsmanship required for luxury residential construction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination experience while maintaining a polished and professional presence with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Management & Execution Manage all phases of construction projects from design development through final completion Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractor coordination, and day-to-day project execution Prepare and manage bids, budgets, and construction schedules aligned with client expectations Execute and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders accurately and efficiently Maintain project documentation, reporting, and scheduling through Buildertrend and related software platforms Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget Construction Coordination  Review and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, and project specifications Coordinate closely with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and client expectations Review construction documents for alignment with budgets, schedules, and contractual requirements Leadership & Communication  Maintain a professional, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach on all projects Lead projects with strong attention to detail, accountability, and organization Support a collaborative company culture centered around craftsmanship, communication, and client satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal team members
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Several years of residential construction project management experience, preferably within luxury custom homes or high-end remodeling Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and client relationships Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Buildertrend preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam preferred Professional demeanor with strong client-facing communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
