The candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing hospitality project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the execution of projects. Manage the 3rd party consultants to achieve in budget designs Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Assist owners to provide updates on project status and address any concerns. Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers as necessary. Manage all disciplines of the construction period team Skills Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in process management techniques to streamline operations. Experience in change management practices to adapt to evolving project requirements, specifically cost and time . Knowledge of production management in concert with purchasing agency for venders manufacturing. Understanding and management ability for best means management for freight routes and delivery ports in concerts with the logistics manager Proven team management abilities to lead diverse groups towards common objectives.
