Robert Half is partnering with our client, a Fortune 500 organization within the financial services industry, in search of a Creative Program Manager to support a high-performing marketing team in Tempe, Arizona.

$40-45/hour (W2)
Position Overview:
This role will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of complex marketing and creative initiatives across multiple stakeholders, teams, and business functions. The ideal candidate brings extensive marketing project management experience, strong knowledge of creative development workflows, and a proven ability to drive multiple concurrent projects from intake through delivery. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination for project timelines, communications, deliverables, approvals, and reporting while ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end management of complex marketing and creative projects, including project planning, workback schedules, stakeholder communications, deliverable execution, and risk mitigation. Serve as the primary owner of assigned projects, maintaining visibility into timelines, deliverables, approvals, dependencies, and project status. Facilitate project meetings, creative reviews, and stakeholder forums, providing clear agendas, meeting recaps, action items, and next steps. Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership. Manage project intake, resourcing, reporting, and workflow documentation within Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools. Partner with creative, marketing, legal, compliance, and business teams to ensure projects move efficiently through established processes and meet regulatory requirements. Track project performance, maintain accurate documentation, and support reporting and audit needs. Drive process improvements and support the execution of creative deliverables across digital, social, content, branding, paid media, web, and video channels.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in marketing project management, creative program management, or a related field. Proven success managing complex, high-volume marketing initiatives across multiple stakeholders and business groups. Experience using Adobe Workfront or similar project management platforms. Background supporting financial services or other highly regulated industries preferred. Strong understanding of creative development and production workflows across digital marketing, content, branding, video, paid media, web, and social channels. Ability to confidently lead meetings and communicate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex processes and drive alignment. Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to project leadership. The salary range for this position is $40-45/hour.
