Job Description

Summary/Objective The Electrical Project Coordinator supports the planning and execution of electrical projects by organizing job documentation, tracking project progress, quality and completion, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining up-to-date project records. Essential Functions ▪ Gather and organize documents needed for project onboarding and ensure proposals/contracts meet quality standards. ▪ Review and assist in tracking technical drawings and system specifications to support compliance with customer requirements and installation standards. ▪ Coordinate and schedule all electrical work for solar projects i.e MPUs, derates, meter pulls, etc. ▪ Coordinate with Electrical subcontractors when needed to complete jobs and assign them their projects to keep the pipeline running. Ensure all electrical projects are moving forward and getting completed according to our KPIs. ▪ Coordinate with utility companies to schedule power shut offs. If site visits are required, attend and strategize with the utility company if the scope of work will change on the project. ▪ Assist in the permitting process by compiling required documentation and communicating with relevant departments. ▪ Schedule all inspections required to complete electrical work and ensure power is restored to the home after the meter is pulled. ▪ Create and maintain materials lists (e.g., Bill of Materials and Adders) as directed. Coordinate with Warehouse manager to ensure all products are carried in our warehouse. ▪ Order specialty materials as needed. ▪ Approve invoices from Electrical subcontractors ensuring quality of work and that the scope of work has been fully completed ▪ Approve invoices on specialty ordered materials from electrical suppliers. ▪ Assist projects pipeline including non-solar projects - timelines and updating related records. ▪ Help manage and update the project pipeline, including non-solar projects. i.e. troubleshooting breakers, power outage issues, AC unit issues, etc. ▪ Flag any data discrepancies or project delays to the Project Manager for review. Keep detailed records in CRM. ▪ Communicate updates and close truck rolls. ▪ Update, communicate and manage projects on "Monday.com" ▪ Assist and support field personnel providing them with all necessary information. ▪ Communicate with homeowners to ensure they are being properly updated with all project updates and timelines on project completion. Rely on customer advocates if you cannot get in touch with a homeowner to ensure they are being properly informed. ▪ Pull and kit jobs for electricians to ensure job readiness prior to the day of the work being scheduled. ▪ Confirm job notes are accurate on the calendar for the field personnel for their visibility. ▪ Attend electrical meetings with the Manager to go over the pipeline and discuss project challenges and strategize on improving efficiency within the department. Competencies ▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills ▪ Excellent organizational and time management. ▪ Planning and Interpersonal skills required. ▪ Project Management Qualifications ▪ Excellent organizational and communication skills. ▪ Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.. ▪ Strong skills in solar project optimization for performance, cost, and constructability. Work Environment and Physical Requirements ▪ Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer ▪ Lifting materials up to 45 pounds ▪ Attending site visits to field wearing proper PPE to check for quality and ensure standards are met. Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
