We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of commercial electrical projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish, including planning, design, implementation, and commissioning. Coordinate and supervise electrical teams, contractors, and subcontractors. Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct site assessments and evaluate project requirements to develop clear specifications and timelines. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and quality standards. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that arise during the course of the project. Liaise with general contractors, design teams, and owners to ensure project success. Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for upper management and clients. Monitor and control project costs to ensure projects stay within the budget. Conduct post-project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

+1 years of experience in electrical project management and/or estimating, preferably in commercial or industrial settings. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Experience with project management and estimating software (e.g., Foundation, McCormick, Bluebeam etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
