CHASSE Building Team Job Summary:

CHASSE Building Team is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our project teams from start to finish. This role plays a key part in keeping projects organized, on track, and running smoothly through coordination, documentation, and communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project setup, coordination, and kickoff activities Assist with budgets, subcontractor invoices, and financial tracking Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and logs Coordinate with trade partners and ensure compliance requirements are met Track project progress, process RFIs/submittals, and identify potential risks Utilize Procore and other tools to maintain accurate, organized project information

Qualifications:

Construction experience required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Detail-oriented with the ability to keep projects on track Strong communication and team collaboration skills Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience with Procore is a plus

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
