In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving sourcing of machined parts in alignment with business leadership. You will be responsible for establishing and executing procurement strategies to ensure supply continuity, achieve the lowest total cost and reduce working capital. This role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic global environment. In this role, you will impact the company by driving competitive commodity and category supply strategies, managing supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You will also contribute to the growth and success of the business by serving as the main point of contact and relationship owner with our supply base, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and eliminating single sources. This role demands a strong ability to foster strategic relationships and driving innovation across the organization. You will report directly to the Director, Sourcing Supplier Management for Machining & Gears, with an annual team spend of ~$250M.
