THE ROLE

Inspect residential roofs and identify storm damage — full training provided Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process Build your pipeline through company leads, door knocking, and referrals Manage roofing projects from signed contract through completed build Project Managers stay organized with a company-provided iPad and

GET PAID TWO WAYS CANVASSERS

Set pay for every qualified lead you generate. No cap. Knock more, earn more. Period.

PROJECT MANAGERS 100

% commission with uncapped earning potential.

Upfront:

Get paid on every signed service agreement — every Friday, without fail.

Backend:

Earn a percentage of gross profit when your project completes. This is where income gets real.

GROWTH PATH

Perform consistently and you'll advance to Senior Project Manager — higher upfront rate, bigger backend percentage. Advancement is earned, not handed out.
