IMPORTANT
Candidates must have recent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience to be considered for this opportunity. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity within the education industry in Tucson, AZ. This position is ideal for an administrative and project support professional who has hands-on ERP experience and enjoys coordinating timelines, managing documentation, supporting project initiatives, and helping teams achieve key objectives. The Project Coordinator will support the implementation and coordination of designated projects and program activities while ensuring compliance with established timelines, requirements, and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working within ERP systems to support project operations and reporting. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day to day activities and functions for assigned projects and program initiatives Support project planning, tracking, scheduling, documentation, and communication efforts Monitor project progress and assist with maintaining alignment to project specifications, timelines, and requirements Prepare, update, and maintain project related documents, spreadsheets, databases, reports, and ERP system records Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and program staff regarding project updates and requirements Provide administrative and operational support related to assigned projects and functional areas
