The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the Pharmacutical industry that is looking to hire a Project Coordinator in Tucson, AZ.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support product development and design change projects by driving the timely completion of documentation, project deliverables, and changing management activities. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and scientists, to plan, track, and manage project activities while ensuring compliance with quality system requirements and documentation standards. Pay range: $30 - $37/hour on W2 as per your experience Contract Length:
12 Months with the possibility of extension Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track project documentation and deliverables throughout product development and design change processes. Drive on-time completion of project milestones by partnering with engineering, quality, and cross-functional teams. Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively identify potential risks or delays. Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with quality system requirements. Support change control activities, document reviews, approvals, and implementation processes. Facilitate communication among stakeholders to align project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Interface with internal teams, vendors, consultants, and external partners as needed. Assist with project planning, status reporting, and documentation management within electronic systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related technical field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience. Experience in project coordination, project management, or related functions. Experience working with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and competing interests. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, adaptable professional who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with scientists and engineers across multiple disciplines to achieve project goals and timelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a regulated industry. Experience supporting engineering-related projects or teams. Knowledge of design control and change control processes. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience supporting product development or design change initiatives. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
