Familiarity with construction project lifecycles and documentation (from planning through completion). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once. Detail-oriented with experience reviewing documentation, costs, and compliance items. Comfortable working with procurement processes, contracts, and invoicing workflows.
