Position Overview:
Project Management Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various construction projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers and team members to facilitate project success and uphold the high standards of Alta E&I. This is an in-person office position.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist project managers in initial project set up. Work closely with project teams, engineers, and technicians to allocate resources effectively. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale. Prepare comprehensive project reports Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling Produce daily and weekly reports
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Computer literacy
