ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a leading international consulting company specializing in real estate, infrastructure, and industrial sector solutions. PROJECT DETAILS
You will join a long-term industrial construction program for a prestigious Swiss aerospace manufacturer specializing in private jets and pilot training aircraft. The project involves the development of a new industrial hangar and spare parts assembly facility in Carmona, Sevilla, supporting advanced aircraft manufacturing operations. This is a high-visibility international project delivered in a highly regulated environment, combining industrial construction, engineering coordination, BIM-driven collaboration, and strict regulatory compliance. The initiative is expected to continue through 2028, offering long-term project continuity and the opportunity to contribute to a landmark aerospace infrastructure development in Andalucía. The role will support all major project phases, from early coordination and permitting activities through construction execution and stakeholder management, working closely with international teams, engineering partners, contractors, and local authorities.
AVAILABILITY TO WORK ONSITE IN SEVILLA THREE TIMES PER WEEK IS REQUIRED. YOUR TEAM
You will be part of an international multidisciplinary team composed of project managers, BIM coordinators, architects, engineers, construction specialists, and client stakeholders across Spain and Switzerland. The team operates in a collaborative and delivery-focused environment where coordination, communication, and proactive problem-solving are highly valued. As BIM Project Manager, you will play a key role connecting technical teams, contractors, and public authorities, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment between BIM methodology, construction activities, and regulatory requirements. This position offers exposure to international project standards, cross-functional collaboration, and complex industrial project delivery within the aerospace sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as Project Manager with BIM focus from early project phases. Review and interpret BIM models and plans (architectural, structural, MEP) developed by external parties. Ensure consistency between BIM documentation, project planning and construction execution. Coordinate BIM-related topics between designers, engineers, contractors and client stakeholders. No drawing or modeling activities required - role is coordination, validation and management. Support planning, scheduling, milestones and progress tracking. Act as main interface with Sevilla town hall and other local authorities for permits, licenses and approvals. Ensure compliance with Spanish, Andalusian and municipal construction and urban planning regulations. Identify risks and constraints related to BIM coordination and regulatory requirements. Prepare project reports, documentation, and regulatory compliance material.
SKILLS What we expect:
3-5 years of experience as Project Manager in industrial and/or construction projects. Proven exposure to projects using BIM methodology. Ability to read, understand and discuss BIM models and plans (no model creation required). Solid understanding of industrial / construction project management. Experience working with municipal regulations, permits, and town hall authorities.
Spanish:
Native or Fully Fluent - mandatory (daily interaction with authorities).
English:
B2 level for international client communication. Availability to work onsite in Sevilla 3 days per week. Nice to have : Experience with municipal permitting processes in Sevilla or Andalucía. Experience working with Swiss or international clients. Aerospace, aviation, or other highly regulated industrial environments.
