In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting project planning, budgeting, and execution while assisting with the estimation process to ensure accurate project costs and bids. Responsibilities Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed construction estimates using industry-standard software such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam. Assist in preparing accurate cost proposals, budgets, and schedules for various construction projects. Conduct site visits to gather data, assess conditions, and support project planning efforts. Support negotiation processes with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable terms and pricing. Monitor project costs throughout execution to ensure adherence to budgets and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Assist in reviewing contracts, change orders, and scope of work documentation to maintain clarity and compliance. Coordinate with project managers to track progress, update schedules, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. Experience Prior experience in construction estimating or project coordination is highly preferred. Familiarity with construction management software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, or similar tools is essential. Strong understanding of construction processes, site operations, and cost control techniques. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and clients. Hands-on construction site experience is a plus, providing insight into field operations and project execution. Knowledge of contracts, project management principles, and safety standards within the construction industry.
