Full Job Description Summary:

About the Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from preconstruction to closeout. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, making it the perfect role for a seasoned professional ready to take on a key leadership position.
Key Responsibilities Project leadership:
Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Team coordination:
Supervise and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and self-performed work.
Client relations:
Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and contractors, acting as the primary point of contact.
Budget management:
Oversee project costs, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Documentation:
Review and process RFIs, submittals, and change orders; maintain accurate project records, as-built drawings, and reports.
Compliance:
Ensure all work adheres to contract documents, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Scheduling:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, updating them throughout the project lifecycle.
Progress tracking:
Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Risk mitigation:
Identify potential issues early and develop strategies to address them proactively.
Safety oversight:
Enforce and implement company and project-specific safety plans.
Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of experience managing commercial or public works construction projects (preferred). Experience with
Public Works:
Municipal Buildings, DSA, Schools, Modernizations, K-12, Higher Education, etc.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore and MS Project is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Proactive mindset with excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
