Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support project execution, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure smooth operations on multiple electrical projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for contributing to successful project outcomes. Duties Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities to meet deadlines and budgets Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, logs, and correspondence Support the project team with procurement processes and tracking materials and equipment Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate project progress Manage office tasks such as data entry, filing, calendar management, and correspondence handling Oversee front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems Utilize software tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for administrative functions Ensure accuracy in proofreading documents and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and customer service Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks and multi-line phone systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Knowledge of administrative procedures related to project support and office operations Customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and support skills Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining organizational efficiency Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents will help drive successful project delivery!
