Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Electrical Project Manager and lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee all phases of electrical system design and installation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with industry standards. As a key driver of project success, you will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver innovative electrical solutions that meet project specifications and safety regulations. Your expertise in electrical engineering and construction management will be instrumental in shaping high-quality infrastructure projects across diverse sectors. Duties Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project scopes, budgets, and schedules utilizing tools like Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Oversee the review of blueprints, schematics, system designs, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Manage procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment using construction estimating techniques; coordinate deliveries to meet project milestones. Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed; conduct regular site inspections and audits for quality control. Utilize software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project documentation, progress tracking, RFIs (Requests for Information), change orders, and reporting. Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders; coordinate schedules, resolve issues promptly, and manage contracts to mitigate risks. Requirements Proven experience in electrical engineering with extensive background in construction site management and electrical system design. Strong knowledge of NEC standards, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and system design principles. Proficiency with project management tools including Primavera P6, Primavera P3, HeavyBid, ProCore, Bluebeam, and construction estimating software. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent time management skills. Solid understanding of construction management practices including contract administration and project coordination. Hands-on electrical experience coupled with construction site exposure; familiarity with safety regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams; ability to lead meetings and present technical information clearly. Pay:
$99,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
