We've built a reputation for doing quality work and we're growing fast. We need someone who can keep up. This role is the backbone of our daily operations. You won't be managing construction projects in the traditional sense. You will be the person who makes sure every open job has what it needs to move forward, every customer knows where they stand, and nothing gets dropped. If you're the type of person who gets satisfaction from a clean task list, knows how to prioritize when everything feels urgent, and doesn't need to be told twice, keep reading. What You'll Be Doing Coordinating installation and service schedules across our solar, HVAC, and roofing crews Submitting permit applications and tracking approvals through city and county portals Managing open job files from sale to completion and making sure every stage moves on time Handling inbound/outbound customer calls and resolving complaints quickly and professionally Communicating job status updates to customers, field crews, and management Tracking parts and equipment orders and following up with vendors when needed Keeping our CRM and project management systems accurate and up to date Supporting utility interconnection and permission to operate submissions Being the person in the office who knows where every job stands at any given moment And other job duties as necessary What We're Looking For At least one year of experience in an office coordination, administrative, or operations support role Experience in construction, solar, HVAC, roofing, or a related trade industry is a strong plus Comfortable learning and working in multiple software platforms at the same time Strong written and verbal communication, you'll be talking to customers and crews every day Calm under pressure and able to prioritize without being micromanaged Extremely organized with a habit of following through Bonus Points Experience submitting permits through California AHJ portals Familiarity with NEM or PTO utility processes Experience with Zoho CRM or similar platforms To Apply Copy and paste this link below into a web browser and complete the online assessment test in order to be considered for the job.
