Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Large Loss Project Manager to join our team at Restoration 1 of Beaumont. Responsibilities:

Oversee large loss restoration projects from start to finish Develop and implement project schedules and timelines Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards Manage project budgets and expenses Provide leadership and direction to project teams Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Large Loss project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Certifications in project management or restoration are a plus
