Job Description

Job Overview Our company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrative Coordinator to support our structural steel fabrication operations. This role is critical to keeping projects running smoothly by providing administrative, documentation, and coordination support to project managers, engineers, and shop leadership. Duties Provide administrative support to multiple steel fabrication projects from award through completion Prepare, track, and maintain project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, closeout packages and meeting minutes Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and correspondence with internal teams, contractors, and vendors Assist with job cost tracking, billing support, basic project reporting and complete weekly certified payroll reports Manage document control systems and ensure drawings and revisions are properly distributed Support procurement and material tracking as needed Maintain accurate digital and physical project files Serve as a central point of communication for project-related administrative needs Work with Project Managers with scheduling and ordering material for projects. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Textura and Construction site experience to track progress, document changes, and manage project documentation. Facilitate communication between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. Run errands as needed Requirements Proven experience with construction management software such as ProCore, BlueBeam, Textura, or similar platforms. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration. Experience in structural steel, construction, or manufacturing is a strong plus Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with Bluebeam or Nitro is a plus. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Class C drivers license required

$23.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
