Pramira Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining alignment between estimating, field execution, and financial performance. You will serve as the key point of coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients—driving accountability, communication, and successful project outcomes. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects from kickoff to closeout Ensure alignment between project scope, estimate, and field execution Lead project handoff from estimating to operations Lead and enforce 2-week lookahead planning across all field operations in coordination with Site Superintendents, proactively identifying constraints, removing roadblocks, aligning trades, and ensuring all upcoming work is fully coordinated, resourced, and ready for execution Develop, maintain, and present construction schedules, ensuring accurate sequencing, resource planning, and transparent communication of timelines to clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Conduct weekly client-facing project meetings, providing clear updates on schedule, budget, risks, and progress while driving accountability and alignment across all stakeholders Own project budgets, cost tracking, and financial performance Monitor labor production and cost vs. estimate in collaboration with field teams Identify cost risks, variances, and opportunities for cost savings Manage cost-to-complete projections and forecasting Own and maintain monthly job forecasts, including subcontractor costs, material spend, and labor hour projections, ensuring alignment with project budgets and overall financial performance Review and approve subcontractor invoices and internal cost reporting Negotiate, award, and manage subcontractor agreements Ensure subcontractors execute work per scope, schedule, and quality standards Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and long-lead items Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors Identify scope gaps, field changes, and cost impacts Prepare, review, and submit RFIs, submittals, and change orders Support pricing, negotiation, and execution of change orders Maintain accurate and organized project documentation Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders Facilitate regular internal and external project meetings Ensure consistent communication between estimating, field operations, and leadership Coordinate with utilities, agencies, and inspectors as required Ensure all work complies with project specifications and company quality standards Support field teams in maintaining OSHA and company safety compliance Participate in safety planning and risk mitigation efforts Oversee punch list completion and final project closeout Ensure timely submission of as-builts, warranties, and closeout documentation Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate cost performance and identify improvements Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgets, and cost control Experience managing commercial, infrastructure, or utility construction projects Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings Experience with subcontractor management and contract administration Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Experience with electrical systems, EV infrastructure, or utility coordination Familiarity with telecommunications or wireless infrastructure projects Experience working with utility providers (e.g., SCE, SDG&E) Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred Pramira is proud to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Similar remote jobs
