Build, Scale, and Lead This is not a static, standard administration role. We are looking for an ambitious, high-leverage operator ready to start on the ground floor as a Project Manager and rapidly scale into a executive position within the company as our multi-brand portfolio expands. Position Overview As our Project Manager , you will be the driving operational force behind our product pipelines. You will bridge the gap between abstract creative concepts and physical reality. This role requires an intense mix of high-level digital organization, modern AI execution, and hands-on operational grit. You will manage timelines, streamline day-to-day operations, master and operate production machinery, and eventually build and train your own teams as we scale.

Key Responsibilities End-to-End Brand & Product Launch:

Track and drive timelines for new product development, custom packaging, labeling compliance, and raw material sourcing across both smoke shop and snack brands.

AI-Enhanced Efficiency:

Implement and use cutting-edge AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation frameworks) to optimize daily workflows, draft content, summarize tasks, manage logs, and compress 40 hours of standard administrative work into a fraction of the time.

Hands-On Operations & Machinery Mastery:

Step onto the production floor to physically assist in bringing brands to life. You will learn to operate specialized manufacturing and packaging machinery, understand the technical bottlenecks, and document processes to train subsequent floor workers.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination:

Maintain airtight organization of vendor communications, lead times, inventory components, and strict quality control standards.

Team Scaling & Leadership:

Build out operational frameworks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training documentation as the company grows, shifting from individual execution to executive-level management. Who You Are (Requirements)
