Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead critical system implementation and operational transition initiatives for a healthcare organization. This long-term contract role focuses on managing the rollout of a procurement system across multiple facilities and overseeing the transition of key functions back in-house. The role requires strong coordination across various departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the comprehensive rollout of the Coupa procurement system across approximately 80 facilities, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
  • Oversee the replacement of legacy systems and integrate new processes into the existing Coupa environment.
  • Manage the operational transition of outsourced accounts payable (AP) and procurement functions back to in-house teams for two hospitals.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and AP teams to align on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate recurring status meetings to monitor progress and address challenges proactively.
  • Support the development of process documentation and provide training to ensure organizational adoption of new systems.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and potential gaps, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
  • Serve as the central communicator and point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects remain on schedule, within scope, and meet organizational objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on project status, progress, and outcomes.
