$80,000 - $90,000 Annual Salary (DOE) + Performance Bonuses Professional Renovation Services is a growing restoration and reconstruction company specializing in residential, commercial, and multifamily property restoration. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restoration Project Manager to oversee mitigation and reconstruction projects from initial loss through final completion. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for customers, insurance carriers, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and at targeted profit margins. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProject Management Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. Coordinate emergency mitigation services including water, fire, mold, and environmental projects. Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and timelines. Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to company standards. Conduct site visits and quality control inspections. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Customer Service Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, property managers, and insurance representatives. Provide regular project updates and maintain strong client relationships. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process. Financial Management Review estimates and ensure project profitability goals are achieved. Manage job costs, labor expenses, subcontractor expenses, and material purchases. Approve invoices and monitor project budgets. Assist in change order development and approval. Ensure projects meet company gross profit objectives. Insurance & Documentation Work closely with insurance adjusters and third-party administrators. Review estimates utilizing Xactimate and other estimating platforms. Maintain detailed project notes, photographs, and documentation. Assist with claim-related communication and project approvals. Team Leadership Coordinate field technicians, reconstruction crews, subcontractors, and vendors. Schedule labor and subcontractors effectively. Ensure all personnel follow company policies and safety procedures. Conduct job site meetings and project coordination meetings. Provide leadership and mentorship to field personnel. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Conduct job site safety inspections. Maintain clean and organized job sites. Ensure all work complies with applicable building codes and industry standards. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of restoration project management experience preferred. Experience managing water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects. Strong understanding of restoration industry practices and procedures. Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters. Xactimate experience preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
