Job Description

Orange County based live production company is seeking individuals experienced in live event Project Management to join our team. McNally Enterprises Incorporated is a full service production company located in the heart of Southern California. We provide production services for over 300 events each year on a local, national, and international level. As a full service production company we integrate and utilize our skills in 5 production disciplines; scenic, staging, audio, video, and lighting, to provide a seamless and well executed production experience in all that we do. Our production capabilities are well known throughout the industry, providing for events such as the Grammy Awards, WIF awards, E3 convention, Comic Con, the Espy Awards and hundreds of other events; large and small. Job Duties and Responsibilities Communicate and delegate tasks to the Fabrication Manager while monitoring workflow in the shop. Coordinate with specialty vendors to ensure any subcontracted scenic elements are executed in a manner that fits within the needs of a given production. Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of events. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and budget. Using company inventory management software to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Creating quotes and other pricing estimates for clients. Managing relationships between clients and McNally Enterprises. Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors. Experience generating quotes, pull sheets, and other project logistics Responding to clients promptly, even when not in the office. Communicating and responding to client needs during and outside regular hours. Leading event installations, including being hands on with technical execution Have extensive practical knowledge in fabrication techniques or related disciplines. Have experience in or ability to learn drafting software (Vectorworks, Autocad, Solidworks, Inventor, or Fusion 360) Possess strong leadership skills with an ability to lead a team of fabricators effectively. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Perform other job responsibilities as assigned by MEI.
