Hybrid up to 4 Days Onsite Full time Burbank California United States Consulting On Demand Talent About This Role We are in search for a Finance Transformation Project Manager supporting a major Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) implementation. This role is high-profile and fast-paced, ideal for a hands-on PM who brings both project discipline and Finance domain expertise. You will lead planning, execution tracking, and risk management for a key finance workstream within a multi-phase program. Pay Rate Range:

$75/hr-$90/hr What You Will Work On Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and dependencies for assigned workstream. Drive alignment across Finance, PMO, and external systems integrators. Track milestones and KPIs, report progress, and surface actionable insights. Own risk and issue management (RAID)—escalate and drive resolution proactively. Support governance processes and executive reporting cadence. Communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders. What You Will Bring 10+ years of project management experience, with 3+ years in Finance Transformation and/or large-scale EPM/ERP implementations. Experience in Entertainment Industry or global matrixed environment, REQUIRED Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting workflows in large organizations. Expertise in project management tools and methodologies. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. PMP or similar certification preferred.
