We specialize in large-scale signage, wayfinding systems, and branded architectural elements for commercial, corporate, and public projects. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of signage and wayfinding projects — from planning and design coordination to fabrication and installation. The ideal candidate will have strong construction management experience, a deep understanding of architectural drawings, and proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage signage and wayfinding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Review architectural and engineering drawings to define scope, materials, and technical requirements. Coordinate deliverables across design, engineering, purchasing, and production teams. Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages. Communicate regularly with clients, general contractors, and internal teams to track progress and address project risks. Oversee fabrication processes to ensure quality control, technical compliance, and adherence to approved drawings. Monitor budgets and costs to ensure project profitability and identify process efficiencies. Support installation logistics, sequencing, and post-installation review to verify project completion and client satisfaction. Qualifications 3-5 years of project management experience in architectural signage, construction, or related fabrication industries. Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, materials, and building systems. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana) and familiarity with AutoCAD or Bluebeam. Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience collaborating with international or remote teams is a plus.
