The company was founded by Pasquale Rotella and has been based in Los Angeles since it was formed in 1993.THE ROLE
Insomniac is seeking an Affiliate Project Manager to build, manage, and scale our affiliate program. This role will serve as the central project lead for affiliate initiatives, overseeing execution from onboarding through campaign completion and reporting. The Affiliate Project Manager will partner cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure seamless planning, communication, and delivery across all affiliate projects. This is not a remote position and will require you to work in the office full-time and travel to work events.RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development, onboarding, and ongoing growth of Insomniac's internal affiliate and promoter program Manage day-to-day operations of affiliate partners, including onboarding, communications, and performance tracking Oversee project timelines, and execution across affiliate campaigns Build and manage affiliate budgets, including guest list allocations, campaign spend, and advancing logistics Drive affiliate recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and brand priorities Identify and onboard new affiliate platforms, channels, and partnership opportunities Track and manage department expenses, travel coordination, and campaign-related logistics Communicate project updates, timelines, risks, and performance insights to internal stakeholders Develop reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and program success Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings, planning sessions, and project reviews Optimize program performance and budget allocation based on data and business goals Provide strategic recommendations and process improvements to enhance program efficiency Manage the Project Affiliate Coordinator and oversee team development initiativesQUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or project management Proven experience managing and executing multi-channel campaigns or programs Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously Experience building and scaling structured programs or initiatives Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience in hospitality, live events, or traffic-driving business models is a plusWORK ENVIRONMENT

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 USDHIRING PRACTICES
