Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale PeopleSoft Financials delivery programs. This role is focused on project governance, stakeholder management, resource planning, delivery oversight, and team leadership rather than hands-on configuration or development. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing PeopleSoft Financials implementation, upgrade, or support programs and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
Required Skills:
10+ years of overall experience Minimum 5+ years managing or delivering PeopleSoft Financials projects Strong experience with PeopleSoft Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Procurement, etc.) Experience leading large teams and managing stakeholder communications Expertise in project planning, risk management, delivery governance, and status reporting Experience managing implementation, upgrade, and support projects
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end PeopleSoft Financials projects Lead cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies Drive project governance and executive reporting
