About the job The Project Manager plays a key role in supporting daily operations within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with project quotes, coordinating purchasing activities, and providing professional customer and vendor support to help keep production running efficiently. We're looking for someone who ? Has at least 1 year of project management experience ? Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation ? Is proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word ? Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing ? Stays organized and manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ? Is comfortable working with customers, vendors, and internal teams ? Has prior experience in office administration, quoting, purchasing, or a related role (preferred) ? Has experience in electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, or component purchasing (preferred) What you'll do ? Format, edit, and prepare customer documentation including BOMs, drawings, quotes, purchase orders, and compliance documents ? Maintain organized digital records and ensure accuracy across internal systems ? Create and update templates, forms, and customer-facing documents ? Assist with preparing quotes for PCB assembly projects ? Review customer BOMs for accuracy and consistency ? Gather component pricing and lead-time information from suppliers and distributors ? Coordinate with management to support quote preparation and submission ? Assist with purchasing electronic components, hardware, and production materials ? Communicate with suppliers regarding availability, pricing, and delivery schedules ? Track purchase orders and maintain current status updates within company systems ? Support timely delivery of materials required for production builds ? Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors professionally ? Provide excellent customer and vendor support ? Assist with general administrative and front-office responsibilities as needed
