This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial roofing projects simultaneously, including new construction, reroofing, repairs, and maintenance contracts. Review project contracts, specifications, drawings, and scope of work to ensure accurate project execution. Develop project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability while identifying opportunities for cost savings. Conduct pre-construction meetings and communicate project expectations to field personnel. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, property managers, general contractors, consultants, and vendors. Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules to support project timelines. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and jobsite safety requirements. Perform site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project specifications. Manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, permits, and closeout packages. Resolve project issues, delays, and conflicts in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and submit progress reports, job cost analyses, and project forecasts to management. Support collections efforts by ensuring timely billing and customer approvals. Participate in project turnover meetings and ensure successful project closeout. QualificationsRequired 3-7+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing, construction, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including Fluid applied roofing, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up roofing (BUR), and metal roofing. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed. Preferred OSHA 30 certification. Experience with roofing estimating software and project management platforms. Manufacturer certifications or industry credentials.
