Ll Key Responsibilities:
Primary:
  • Accurately process incoming Sales Orders from Sales Professionals, ensuring all required information, specifications, and documentation are complete and compliant.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing timely updates on order status, addressing questions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Management to facilitate error-free installations, ensuring all order details are correct prior to production and scheduling.
  • Review orders thoroughly to identify and resolve discrepancies, preventing delays, rework, or installation issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all product lines to ensure accurate order entry and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Sales Process and Project Management workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when reviewing measurements, configurations, and order specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support efficient order flow and clear communication.
  • Represent the company's products and services professionally, maintaining a deep understanding of how solutions meet customer needs.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual processing goals, while adhering to strict internal guidelines and quality standards.
Skills Required:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM/order management systems.
  • Ability to balance attention to detail with efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify issues proactively and implement solutions.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism while navigating complex situations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
