Primary:
- Accurately process incoming Sales Orders from Sales Professionals, ensuring all required information, specifications, and documentation are complete and compliant.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing timely updates on order status, addressing questions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management to facilitate error-free installations, ensuring all order details are correct prior to production and scheduling.
- Review orders thoroughly to identify and resolve discrepancies, preventing delays, rework, or installation issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems, ensuring data integrity across all platforms.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all product lines to ensure accurate order entry and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Sales Process and Project Management workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when reviewing measurements, configurations, and order specifications.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support efficient order flow and clear communication.
- Represent the company's products and services professionally, maintaining a deep understanding of how solutions meet customer needs.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual processing goals, while adhering to strict internal guidelines and quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM/order management systems.
