We are looking to fill a position in Carlsbad, CA. We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end lifecycle of product certification projects. This role bridges technical teams, clients, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant project execution. Duties Coordinate certification projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and regulatory requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, documentation guidance, and issue resolution Collaborate with engineers, auditors, and technical experts to gather required data and ensure project accuracy Monitor project milestones, flag delays, and proactively manage risks Maintain organized records of test reports, certificates, and client communications in accordance with ISO 17025 and

ISO 9001

standards Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and compliance documentation Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the TIC, manufacturing, or regulatory compliance sectors Familiarity with international standards (e.g., IEC, UL, EN, FCC) and certification workflows Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce) Working knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems Experience in the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry
