Job Description

We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager to direct construction projects from early planning through final delivery in Carson, California. This position calls for someone who can align schedules, budgets, field execution, and stakeholder communication while keeping work moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, and practical knowledge of construction documentation, site coordination, and project controls.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead construction projects from kickoff to closeout by organizing scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing plans.
  • Partner with clients, subcontractors, design teams, engineers, and suppliers to keep all phases of work aligned and progressing on schedule.
  • Use project and construction management platforms, including tools such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid, to track milestones, costs, and resource usage.
  • Examine drawings, specifications, agreements, and related technical records to confirm completeness, accuracy, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor day-to-day site activity, evaluate project performance, and address delays or obstacles that could affect delivery targets.
  • Enforce job site safety expectations, quality requirements, and company procedures across construction operations.
  • Identify risks early and implement practical solutions to protect schedules, control costs, and maintain productivity.
  • Prepare clear updates on project status, financial performance, and scheduling progress for leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee subcontractor and field team performance to support consistent execution and workmanship.
  • Build strong client relationships by providing responsive communication and dependable service throughout the full project lifecycle.
