In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive successful project execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth of our construction initiatives. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera P6 and HeavyBid. Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met. Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting schedules and resources as needed to maintain momentum. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are strictly followed. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Civil 3D for tracking progress, managing documentation, and reporting. Lead project meetings, prepare detailed reports, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders. Experience Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong background in project coordination and site supervision. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and the use of Primavera P6 or similar project scheduling tools. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding of contracts within the construction industry. Knowledge of construction site safety practices and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, ProCore, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
