Chino Hills, CAKey Responsibilities:
Support retail sales operations and serve as a backup sales associate during peak periods, with Saturday coverage being a core requirementProduce photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, , and other platforms, including product showcases, event recaps, and short-form reelsAssist with the planning and execution of RITFIT events, including logistics, setup, on-site operations, and teardownSet up marketing displays, product booths, and physical brand installations both in the showroom and at off-site or HQ-supported locationsRepresent RITFIT as a brand ambassador in the community, attending local events and identifying new partnership and sponsorship opportunitiesCo-host TikTok Live sessions and assist with live product demonstrations and interactive brand activationsDemonstrate fitness equipment to customers and event attendees in an engaging and educational mannerSupport RITFIT's community outreach programs, including donation initiatives and charitable eventsAssist with warehousing and logistics operations as the company expands its showroom footprint, including receiving inventory, processing returns, organizing and managing stock, assembling open-box and refurbished units for resale, and supporting fulfillment operationsContribute to the development and implementation of internal systems and workflows as new operational functions are establishedStay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and platform best practicesAdapt to evolving responsibilities as business priorities shift and the company grows
Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsComfort and confidence on camera, including live video formatsFamiliarity with social media platforms and content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday; Saturday availability is requiredPhysical ability to lift and move equipment, set up displays, demonstrate products, and assist with warehouse and event logisticsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without close supervisionTeam-oriented with a professional, positive, and highly adaptable attitudeFull-time commitment to RITFIT as your primary place of employmentHigh school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in marketing, communications, event coordination, or brand managementKnowledge of fitness equipment, personal training, or the sports and wellness industryExperience with photo and video editing tools and content scheduling platformsBackground in fitness, athletics, or personal training certification a plusPrevious experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or fulfillment operationsPrevious experience as a brand ambassador, community outreach representative, or event coordinatorPassion for health, wellness, and an active lifestyleWillingness to occasionally travel for trade shows, exhibitions, or HQ-supported events
