This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. As a vital member of our team, you will drive project success through effective planning, resource management, and collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with industry-standard software tools. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using construction management software such as Procore and Trimble. Coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schematics, blueprints, and technical specifications. Manage project schedules proactively, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions promptly. Oversee vendors, and on-site teams to ensure quality work and compliance with safety standards. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to facilitate accurate project execution. Utilize tools like ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, and Primavera to track progress, manage documentation, and facilitate communication among stakeholders. Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, verify compliance with plans, and address issues swiftly. Maintain detailed records of project progress, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and other critical documentation. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and General contractors to ensure project objectives are met efficiently. Manage project risks proactively by assessing potential challenges related to construction site experience or technical constraints. Skills Extensive experience with construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other industry-standard tools. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project scheduling methodologies. Proven ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective project coordination. Deep understanding of contracts management within the construction industry. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments. Solid background in construction site operations with hands-on experience in civil or heavy construction projects. Exceptional communication skills for clear collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with construction safety protocols and site regulations to ensure compliance at all times.
