Position:
This position is eligible for company incentive plan Client & Stakeholder Management Represent the company to clients and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders. Act as the principal day-to-day contact for the client, addressing operational issues promptly and effectively. Liaise with the client's team to understand and align on contract time, cost, and quality objectives. Leverage relationships to support business needs, negotiate priorities, and resolve issues. Attend all required external and internal project meetings. Contract & Scope Management Maintain a complete understanding of contract documents (including trade agreements, scope, specifications, and exhibits) and the "as-sold" scope of work and budget; communicate these clearly to the project team. Identify potential changes in scope, schedule, or budget immediately and address them proactively. Manage scope by recognizing change conditions or work outside the original contract and processing appropriate adjustments. Support the proposal process upon request. Financial & Schedule Performance Monitor project cost and schedule performance to ensure objectives are met or exceeded. Manage labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor costs against budgeted hours and dollars. Track and report on project metrics, including production rates and productivity factors. Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts in coordination with Project Controls. Ensure the project meets or exceeds financial and cash management goals. Provide all required internal and external project reports and review materials. Project Execution & Operations Plan, organize, coordinate, and control all aspects of the project in accordance with established policies, procedures, and requirements. Organize site resources, equipment, and work activities to meet client deadlines. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and third-party providers effectively. Establish and monitor project safety and quality programs to ensure compliance and performance. Through active risk management, identify and mitigate issues that could impact the company, and advise senior management of any significant concerns or upset conditions. Team Leadership Provide leadership, direction, and coordination for all project team members. Lead, develop, and motivate site teams to achieve company and project goals. Supervise daily activities of project personnel (technical and administrative) and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. Forecast project staffing needs and communicate requirements to senior management. General Apply expertise to develop financial and operational solutions across functional areas. Identify business issues that may affect financial performance and direct resolution of complex problems. Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices through continuous learning and development. Perform other duties as assigned.Summary:
