Architectural Project Submittals Coordinator Cre8 Design Plus, LLC - 4.0 Corona, CA Job Details Contract $17 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Filing Revit Attention to detail Organizational skills Drafting Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Architectural Project Submittals Coordinator to assist with the preparation, coordination, and tracking of project submittals for architectural and construction projects. This position is ideal for someone with strong administrative, drafting, or project coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring that project documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on schedule. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with the opportunity to work on a variety of architectural and development projects. Responsibilities Prepare and assemble architectural project submittal packages for city, county, and other regulatory agencies. Coordinate permit applications and supporting documentation. Review project documents for completeness and compliance with submission requirements. Track project submittal status and maintain organized records of correspondence, approvals, and revisions. Communicate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and agency personnel regarding project requirements and submittal updates. Assist with plan revisions and resubmittals as required by reviewing agencies. Maintain project schedules and deadlines related to permit processing and approvals. Organize digital project files and documentation. Assist with general project coordination and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Experience in architecture, construction, engineering, permitting, project coordination, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with building permit processes and agency submittal procedures is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Adobe Acrobat and PDF document management. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or architectural plans is beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience. Opportunity for long-term contract work and growth within the organization. Pay:
