This role requires at least 3 years of industry experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, eMullion, and Knowify. You will be responsible for coordinating all phases of assigned projects, including scheduling, submittals, RFIs, material procurement, change orders, and project billing. The role also involves working closely with general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and strong communication throughout each project. Duties Manage commercial door, frame, and hardware projects from award through project closeout. Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and schedules. Prepare and manage submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout documents. Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and inventory tracking. Work closely with general contractors, architects, suppliers, and field personnel. Monitor project budgets, costs, and billing to ensure profitability. Track project progress and maintain accurate records using eMullion, Knowify, and Microsoft Excel. Resolve project issues and provide timely solutions to keep projects on schedule. Attend project meetings and provide status updates to clients and management. Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and safety requirements. Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the commercial door, frame, and hardware industry. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience using eMullion and Knowify software. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, submittals, and material procurement. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities:
