We are looking for an organized, professional, and motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in project management without needing prior industry experience. Unlike a traditional office-only position, this role includes hands-on field training. You'll spend time learning how graphic installations are performed so you can confidently communicate with clients, understand project requirements, and help manage jobs from start to finish. What You'll Do Communicate with clients via phone and email Coordinate project schedules and installation dates Assist with project estimating and job planning Help manage site surveys and project documentation Work closely with installers, sales representatives, and clients Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met Resolve scheduling and project-related issues as they arise Learn industry terminology and installation processes Visit job sites periodically to gain firsthand project knowledge What We're Looking For Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Professional and friendly demeanor Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills Willingness to learn a specialized industry Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience Construction, signage, printing, or project coordination experience Experience with scheduling or operations management No project management experience is required.
