Job Description

We're partnering with our client, a remote-based company, to find a talented Sales Operations Project Manager and Process Excellence Lead. This temporary role offers an opportunity to support sales enablement and revenue operations initiatives during a six-month engagement, focusing on process optimization, documentation, and project management.
Sales Operations Project Manager and Process Excellence Lead Responsibilities:
Lead project management efforts for multiple sales enablement and operations projects, including tools like Salesforce and Gong. Collaborate with teams across Sales, Enablement, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and Finance to plan, execute, and track initiatives from start to finish. Observe, document, and analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop comprehensive process documentation such as workflows, RACIs, and SOPs to ensure clarity and scalability. Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders effectively.
Sales Operations Project Manager and Process Excellence Lead Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required. Over 5 years of experience in process documentation and project management. Proven experience creating process documentation, RACIs, and SOPs, especially in dynamic environments. Strong skills in process modeling, workflow mapping, and operational analysis. Familiarity with automation, AI, and connecting people, processes, and technology for operational improvements.
