Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Home Renovation Project Coordinator (Entry-Level) We are seeking a motivated and dependable Home Renovation Project Coordinator to assist with managing a residential renovation project. This is a temporary, project-based position working directly with a homeowner to help coordinate day-to-day activities and keep the project moving forward.
Important:
This is not a hands-on construction role . The successful candidate will focus on organization, communication, scheduling, and project oversight rather than performing renovation work.
Position Details:
Temporary / Project-Based Fixed work schedule Starting pay: Entry-level rate, with potential for increased compensation based on performance and experience Work directly with one homeowner throughout the renovation
Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules for contractors, deliveries, and project activities Track project progress and help ensure timelines are met Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and the homeowner Maintain project records, receipts, and documentation Identify potential issues and assist in finding solutions Help keep the renovation organized and on track from start to finish
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Basic knowledge of home renovation or construction is helpful but not required Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Proficient with email, phone communication, and basic computer applications
