As part of Apple's IS&T Services Technology Program, you and your team are responsible for delivering the internal orchestration layer that powers Apple's Services businesses

As a Services Technology Strategic Programs Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of a globally distributed program that spans multiple value streams, client organizations, and delivery teams. You will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations and partner closely with program leaders, product owners, vendor account representatives, and cross-functional partners across finance, procurement, HR, and facilities. With your attention to detail, strong collaboration skills, and bias toward action, you will improve the effectiveness of our programatic operations

Your responsibilities will include:
Championing Team Culture & Engagement:

Establishing Programatic Operations:
You'll be responsible for the operational rhythm that keeps a large set of programs running. This includes tracking program milestones, maintaining program documentation and status reporting, supporting governance and quarterly reviews, and ensuring follow-through on commitments across client programs. You'll help translate program activity into clear artifacts leadership can act on from weekly status rollups to QBR inputs and you'll be the connective tissue that keeps dependencies visible and decisions moving.
Coordinating Vendor & Financial Operations:
You'll partner with the teams that execute on procurement and vendor operations that underpin our contractor and vendor engagements including SoW review and coordination, PR/PO initiation and tracking, invoice approval, and end-to-end contractor onboarding and off boarding. You'll become the lead point of contact for our engagement with the VMO become the go-to person for resolving queries, unblocking issues, and keeping processes moving across
PMO, VMO, HR
legal, finance, procurement, and vendor partners. You'll ensure policy changes from our partners are formally and consistently communicated to the Services Technology leadership team and the team at large.
Managing Team Logistics & Assets:
You'll manage team travel, facilities, equipment, and asset tracking keeping detailed records, occupancy data, and seat counts accurate and up to date as ongoing operational responsibilities. You'll also support space assessments and cross-site coordination as the program scales.
Executive Coordination:
You'll own the orchestration of executive and cross-functional meetings that drive the program forward including leadership reviews, client QBRs, value stream syncs, all-hands, and our program summits. You'll partner with program leaders to shape agendas, prepare briefing materials, capture decisions and action items, and ensure consistent follow-through. You'll anticipate what executives need before they ask and make sure every high-stakes meeting produces clear outcomes. Preferred Qualifications A genuine curiosity and drive to improve operational coordination and establish a program rhythm for consistent execution. Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to. Manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions Experience with procurement and vendor management processes (e.g., PR/POs, Invoicing, SoW coordination) Experience supporting executive-level meetings, communications, or program governance activities. Experience preparing briefing materials, executive-ready communications, and status reporting for senior leadership. Proficiency with Apple Keynote, Quip, Slack, Apple Mail, and other office systems and tools. Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally across engineering, product, finance, and client organizations. Ability to influence others, handle conflict appropriately, know when to delegate issues upward, and when to apply common sense. Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a multifaceted environment. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in a technical feield or equivalent experience. 2+ years experience in project management. 2+ years experience with KPI's and developing dashboards. Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $99,100 and $149,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
