Required Skills:

6+ years of experience in project or program management within marketing, product marketing, growth, or operations Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with diverse stakeholders Exceptional communication skills with the talent to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights Strong organizational skills, including managing timelines, trackers, and multiple priorities Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with high ownership and initiative Proficiency with project management tools such as Airtable, Wrike, or Workfront Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience within services or subscription-based products Knowledge of multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle marketing, on-device experiences, or growth initiatives Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, analytics, and creative teams Strong understanding of customer journeys within a services ecosystem Capability to influence stakeholders without direct authority

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as Marketing, Business, or related disciplines Prior experience managing highly detailed workflows and operational processes Demonstrated success in handling sensitive or confidential information with professionalism

Other Requirements:

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $56.00 to $71.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
