Job Description

Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for an Interim HR Program Specialist for a six-month hybrid engagement with our rapidly growing entertainment client based in Culver City, California. This role will support key HR and people-related projects, help coordinate day-to-day initiative execution, and assist with communication and reporting across the HR function. This is a strong fit for an HR Specialist with solid project coordination skills, experience supporting people initiatives, and the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate planning activities for HR and people programs, helping teams stay aligned on milestones, ownership, and deliverables.
  • Monitor schedules, action items, and project progress to keep initiatives on track and highlight upcoming deadlines.
  • Partner with HR colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to support execution across employee programs, workforce planning efforts, and organizational initiatives.
  • Develop presentation materials, project summaries, and internal communications for leadership reviews and stakeholder updates.
  • Maintain organized reporting, documentation, and status updates related to ongoing HR projects and operational priorities.
  • Recognize risks, obstacles, or timeline concerns early and escalate issues to support timely resolution.
  • Prepare for meetings by organizing agendas, capturing follow-up notes, and tracking next steps for active initiatives.
  • Support implementation and adoption of HR programs through consistent communication and coordination across participating teams.
