The Project Coordinator also assists managers, physician leads and directors on projects.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
: Supports the development of project plans and implementation timelines to meet goals and deadlines Able to efficiently and effectively coordinate multiple projects at the same time Organizes and facilitates meetings and creates presentations to provide status updates Able to independently problem solve project issues Able to assess and report on project progress Performs research by gathering data from a variety of healthcare sources, including internal and external data/research Provides support for grant, budget, and regulatory reports Documents project workflows and learns new project management tools as needed Performs other job duties as required by manager/supervisor Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred 2+ years in a Project Coordinator role preferred Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus Previous experience with Epic EHR system, SQL and other common analytic/data tools is a plus Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Investigative and able to thrive in a dynamic, problem-solving environment Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, able to build relationships and work with all levels of staff, including C-Suite Detailed oriented and thorough even while working on tight deadlines Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work Flexibility to shift focus and handle urgent tasks Team OrientedLANGUAGE
Ability to read and write English fluently is required. The ability to speak a second language is an asset.STATUS:
