Own the planning and permitting process across 50-100+ active utility and infrastructure projects Serve as the key point of coordination between internal teams, power companies, and municipal agencies Ensure all projects are fully scoped, permitted, and ready for field execution Operate with strong attention to detail and high accountability in a fast-paced environment Communicate proactively with utilities, municipalities, and internal stakeholders Stay organized and structured while managing a high volume of concurrent projects Projects are consistently permitted, planned, and released to the field without delays Strong working relationships are built with power companies and local agencies Field teams are set up for efficient execution with accurate layouts and complete documentation Be part of a specialized, technically respected infrastructure company Work on critical utility and pipeline projects that directly impact communities High ownership role with visibility across operations Opportunity to grow into Project Management or Operations leadership Stable backlog of work with long-term clients in energy and utilities Company vehicle provided A Little Bit About the
Team You Will Be Working With:
You will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, and field crews to support planning and execution. This role also partners heavily with power companies, city agencies, and permitting offices, making you a key connector between office, field, and external stakeholders.
Must Have Qualifications:
Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings (civil and/or electrical) Experience obtaining permits and coordinating with municipalities or utility companies Ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously (50-100+) Clean driving record and valid driver's license Willingness to travel locally with occasional overnight stays Nice to
Have Qualifications:
Experience coordinating with power companies for electrical service requests Background in utility, energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure construction Field experience (trenching, layout, or hands-on construction exposure) Experience using SmartSheets or similar project tracking tools Education Requirement /
Certifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus
