This is an excellent opportunity for a high-level PM looking for a long-term home with a company handling a strong mix of large-scale new construction and complex retrofit/upfit projects. This role offers a balanced mix of office and field responsibilities, ideal for someone who enjoys managing projects from preconstruction through final delivery while maintaining strong relationships with field teams, GCs, engineers, and ownership groups. Responsibilities Manage fire sprinkler projects from kickoff through closeout Oversee budgeting, scheduling, manpower planning, procurement, and execution Coordinate with design teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and AHJs Attend project meetings and perform regular site visits Support field operations and help drive projects to successful completion Handle change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with NFPA standards Preferred Background 5+ years of Fire Sprinkler Project Management experience Strong background in commercial new construction and tenant improvement/upfit work Knowledge of NFPA codes and fire protection systems Experience working closely with field operations and installation teams Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary ranging from $130K - $160K depending on experience Bonus opportunities Vehicle allowance/company vehicle Medical, dental, vision PTO and paid holidays Long-term growth opportunity with a stable and expanding organization We are looking for someone who can step in immediately, lead projects confidently, and become a key long-term part of the organization's continued growth in the Southern California market.
