You will play a key role in both field and project operations, supporting the successful execution of complex heavy civil projects. This role includes contributing to planning, coordination, cost tracking and quality control

We have an extensive portfolio of public and private projects that will provide you with the opportunity to challenge and grow in your career. Responsibilities Reporting to a Project Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Project Controls & Cost Management Track and manage project quantities, including material volumes, import/export activities and trucking data. Perform cost estimating, daily accruals and assist with weekly cost reporting. Monitor and report key project metrics. Scheduling & Coordination Support project scheduling, including CPM, rolling 3-week and 9-day schedules. Coordinate daily trucking logistics across multiple projects. Assist with subcontractor scheduling and coordination. Field Operations & QA/QC Perform field observation, QA/QC and data collection with reporting. Oversee subcontractor work performance and ensure adherence to project requirements. Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain accurate truck logs, manifests and project records. Assist with submittals and tracking of change orders, time & materials and extra work. Provide data entry and general project administrative support. Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with all safety policies and actively promote a strong safety culture. Support Production Risk Management practices in daily operations. General Ability to travel and work away from home for extended periods of time (up to one year). Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements Qualifications Minimum 2 years of QA/QC or heavy civil project management experieince. Undergraduate Degree. Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred. Able to read and understand Plans and Specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Bluebeam. Ability to learn new programs quickly. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate with internal and external personnel of all levels. Who Are We Looking For?
